Discover The Dells

Nestled in the heart of Yavapai County, the Granite Dells are so much more than rocks. The Granite Dells encompasses natural creeks, wooded areas, as well as two scenic resevoirs set against a backfrop of unique granite structures formed through billions of years of weathering.  In addition to their beauty, the Granite Dells supports the public health of four several central Arizona communties by providing ample opportunities for outdoor recreation and sustaining critical biodiversity through out the region.

Our Foundation

The Granite Dells Preservation Foundation was founded in 2010, with the mission of preserving the Granite Dells so future generations in the Greater Prescott community may enjoy their natural splendor. Our all-volunteer board works dilligently to achieve this through public education initiatives, projects to improve accessibility to recreation in the Dells, as well as raising funds for land purchases and conservation easements.
